How do I book a car with Ace Cars Paros?
You can reserve online through our website at acecarsparos.com. Simply choose your vehicle category, rental dates, and any extras (GPS, child seat, etc.), then confirm with payment.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
- Cancel ≥ 25 days before pickup: Full refund minus taxes.
- Cancel < 15 days before pickup: 30 % of the total rental cost is retained.
- Modify up to 48 hours before pickup: Change your dates, times or vehicle category, subject to availability and our confirmation.
Drivers & Requirements
What are the minimum and maximum driver ages?
- Minimum age: 23 years ( 32 years for some luxury or large vehicles )
- Maximum age: 75 years
What driving documents do I need?
- A valid driving licence issued at least 12 months before your rental start date.
- Non‑EU drivers must also present an International Driving Permit (IDP).
- All traffic fines incurred during your rental are your responsibility.

Where can I pick up and return my rental car?
- Airport (Paros National Airport) and Port (Parikia) pick‑up/drop‑off available.
- Free delivery to hotels, villas and apartments island‑wide—just let us know your address.
What happens if I return the car late?
- Up to 60 minutes late: Charge of ¼ of one rental day.
- More than 4 hours late: Charge of 100 % of one rental day.
What is your fuel policy?
Vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned full. Missing fuel is charged at €15 per 1/8 tank.
What insurance options do you offer?
- CDW (Collision Damage Waiver): Deductible from €650 to €950 depending on vehicle type.
- ECDW (Extra CDW): Lower deductible from €300 to €550.
- SCDW (Super CDW): Fixed daily fee (€33 - €46) reduces your deductible to €250 -€350.
All plans include a €20 administration fee per claim and require compliance with traffic laws.

Do you offer airport meet & greet?
Yes. Our professional chauffeurs monitor your flight or ferry schedule and will meet you in the arrivals hall or on the quay with a name placard at no extra charge.
Can I request extras like GPS or child seats?
Absolutely. During booking, select GPS, child or booster seats, Wi‑Fi hotspot and other add ons and we’ll have them ready when you arrive.
Can I take the car to nearby islands?
Yes - you may take the car to Antiparos by ferry, free of charge, as long as you inform us in advance.
What uses are prohibited?
- Carrying more passengers or cargo than rated.
- Sub‑leasing or lending the vehicle.
- Participating in races or rallies.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any impairing substance.
Off‑road use outside paved public roads.
