1. DRIVER'S AGE
  • Minimum age is 23 years and maximum age is 75 years for all vehicle categories.
  • Drivers aged 21-22 must hold a driving license for at least 2 years and must select the relevant insurance option during online booking.
  • Drivers aged 76 to 78 must also select the relevant insurance option.
2. DRIVING LICENSE

Driver must hold a valid driving license recognized in Greece and issued at least one year prior.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT - MINIMUM RENTAL DURATION
  • Subject to approval by the Lessor, the security deposit is prepaid based on the rental fee (minimum €150.00 per day). The company may waive the deposit at its discretion.
  • Minimum rental duration is 1 day (24 hours) or 2 days (48 hours), according to company policy.
  • Additional hours up to 3 are charged proportionally beyond 3 hours, a full day’s charge applies.
4. DELIVERY & RETURN
  • The Lessee acknowledges receiving the Vehicle in excellent condition, suitable for the agreed purpose. The Lessee agrees to return it with all documents, tools, and accessories in the same condition, at the agreed time and place.
  • Failure to do so results in extra charges and compensation.
  • The Lessor may repossess the vehicle without notice and at the Lessee’s expense in case of damage risk, non-payment, or contract violation.
5. THEFT (TPC), DAMAGE (CDW), ETC.

The Lessee is liable for theft, loss, or damage of the vehicle or third parties unless covered by accepted insurances:
– TPC (Theft Protection Coverage): Applies only if selected at rental start and all precautions were taken. Partial theft (e.g., parts, accessories) is not covered.
– CDW (Collision Damage Waiver): Reduces liability in case of collision or fire, provided usage terms are respected. A minimum damage charge applies.
– FDW (Full Damage Waiver): Offers broader protection with minimum repair charges still applicable.

Exclusions from CDW and FDW:
– Damage to the underside of the vehicle
– Damage to tires or wheels
– Damage during loading/unloading onto boats, trains, etc., without written approval

6. CHARGES

Lessee agrees to pay:
– Daily rental rate
– Mileage fees unless otherwise agreed
– Refueling charges if the vehicle is not returned with the same fuel level (including refueling service charge)
– All insurance fees (TPC, CDW, FDW, PAI), taxes, and surcharges
– Fines, legal fees, late payment charges, or repossession costs
– Damage charges for tires, wheels, underside, or general repairs not covered under insurance
– Airport service charges, if applicable
– Any additional fees for off-location pickup/drop-off without written consent

7. VEHICLE USAGE TERMS

Lessee must:
– Maintain vehicle condition, check oil, water, tires, etc.
– Not perform repairs without approval
– Not take the vehicle outside Greece or on ferries/trains without written consent
– Not use the vehicle for:
  – Paid transportation
  – Towing or racing
  – Subleasing
  – Illegal activities
  – Driving under influence
  – Transporting heavy, flammable, or illegal items
Only authorized drivers are allowed to drive. Violation of usage terms invalidates insurances.

8. RENTAL EXTENSION

Any extension must be requested in writing 24 hours in advance and approved in writing by the Lessor. Otherwise, the Lessee is civilly and criminally liable. Extended periods follow the same contract terms.

9. LIABILITY

The Lessor is not liable for any damages suffered by the Lessee or third parties during rental. No claims may be raised against the Lessor.

10. ACCIDENTS

In case of an accident/fire/theft, the Lessee must:
– Not admit fault
– Record witnesses and involved parties
– Notify the police
– Immediately inform the Lessor (by phone, email, WhatsApp)
– Take photos if possible
– Fill out an accident/theft report within 24 hours
In theft cases, a police report must be filed within 24 hours.

11. INSURANCE

– Covers third-party bodily injuries (excluding the driver) and property damage.
– Applies only to authorized drivers.
– Lessee may request to review the insurance policy.
– Lessor is not liable for lost/damaged personal belongings.

12. PERSONAL DATA

Lessee consents to data storage and processing. The Lessor may share personal data with authorities if crimes or false declarations occur.

13. OTHER TERMS

– The Vehicle remains the property of the Lessor.
– The Lessee is not a representative of the Lessor.
– All additional drivers or agents are jointly liable with the Lessee.
– This agreement supersedes prior verbal or written arrangements.
– Amendments are valid only in writing.
– The same terms apply to extensions or replacement vehicles.
– In case of discrepancy, the original agreement held by the Lessor prevails.
– All terms are considered essential.

14. JURISDICTION

This agreement is governed by Greek law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hellenic Republic.
